CONTEXT:

Our client is a leader in the aviation industry and work for several customers such as Airbus, Flying Whales, Dassault, Embraer, etc.

The company includes more than 1500 people and is specialized in design, stress analysis, materials testing, industrialization and production of leading edges, wing panels and fuselage sections.

 

Activities:

To support the development of one of our customers operating in the field of aeronautics, we are looking for Junior mechanical design engineers.


You will have the opportunity to work on aerostructures (composites & metallic) for several aeronautical projects (Airbus, and Flying Whales).


Within those projects, you will move sometimes worldwide on the client sites in Paris, San Francisco, New-York or Montreal.


As a junior mechanical design engineer, you will join the R&D team to develop 3D models and drawings on CATIA V5.


You will take part in a wide range of highly technical projects (Flying Whales, Airbus,...) and design airplane wings and composite parts of Flying Whales according to the final client's need:
• Preliminary Studies and Design
• Design and modification
• Detailed drawings, list update
• Participating to internal meetings / reviews, interacting with other
departments

Profile

You got an engineer degree or a bachelor degree with specialization in mechanics.

You are at least 6 months of experience in mechanical in the industry
(internship accepted).

You master the CAD software Catia V5 or NX and have a good knowledge of conception, detail and assembly design.

You have developed knowledge in manufacturing and associated processes of structure parts.

You are fluent in English or in French.
