With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a:

Training Coordinator

The resource will be responsible of:

• Identification of training needs;
• Mobilization and management of the personnel involved; in the delivery of the courses;
• Management of work progress status;
• Planning, monitoring and reporting of training activities;
• Preparation of technical proposals;
• Customer relationship management.

The ideal candidate has a Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 7 yearss of experience in the role. Geographical mobility is required at national and international level.

Requirements 

The candidate presents the following characteristics:

• Previous experience as a Trainer Coordinator in the Oil & Gas sector;
• Good knowledge of Portoguese.
