•Suspension Parts Design (Strut/Damper, Spring, Stabilizer Bar assembly, Strut Modular Parts & Bushings)•Parts design and development for E-Active Body Control [GLE/GLS & S-Class] •Suspension Kinematics & Compliances Estimation, through the iteration of Suspension Hard points •Overall, Axle Packaging and Design solution•Expert in concept Design of Sheet metal and Casting brackets•Supplier Interaction & Supplier Development Activities, along with PPAP Approvals and Audits•Master Diploma in Mechanical CAD•Pro efficient in UG Nx (Design & Kinematics)•Able to work in MSc ADAMS for Multibody Simulation•Involved in Assembly Plant Fitment Trails, Field Quality Issues and taken Countermeasures
