With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a:
Training Coordinator
The resource will be responsible of:
- Identification of training needs;
- Mobilization and management of the personnel involved in the delivery of the courses;
- Management of work progress status;
- Planning, monitoring and reporting of training activities;
- Preparation of technical proposals;
- Customer relationship management.
The ideal candidate has a Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 7 yearss of experience in the role. Geographical mobility is required at national and international level.
Requirements
The candidate presents the following characteristics:
- Previous experience as a trainer Coordinator in the Oil & Gas sector;
- Good knowledge of English.
