o   Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.

Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

o   Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

o   bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.

o   Portfolio demonstrating experience creating user-centered design solutions.

o   Experience designing and shipping products for the web.

o   Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Axure RP, and Illustrator.

Good to have:

Experience designing for complex systems.

Experience designing for engineering products.

Experience in PLM systems.

Experience designing icons.
