Main tasks :
• Provisioning of catalog IS/IT services (staging of new computers, installation of softwares,…)
• Onboarding of new end-users
• Remote or on-site resolving technical problems with hardware, software and connectivity (L0 - L1) • Troubleshooting customer issues while maintaining agreed upon service levels for customer contact and resolve
• Advise end-user about the use of catalog IS/IT services
• Participate in the configuration and support of internal systems
• Participate to all End-Support Squad tasks (physical inventory, evacuation of obsolete equipment,..)
• Adhering to documented policies, procedures and processes that are specific to the IS/IT department
• Clear and concise documentation of all end-user interaction within appropriate ITSM tool
• Working closely together with the Squad Leads, IT Manager and IT Program Manager to report status, facilitate decisions, manage risks and escalate as needed.
