Unterstützung unserer Vollzeitrecruiter:innen im gesamten Bewerbermanagementprozess
Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung übernimmst Du die Sichtung der Bewerbungsunterlagen und die Terminkoordination für telefonische Interviews
Gezieltes Active Sourcing auf Xing, LinkedIn und Co. 
Ansprechperson für Bewerber:innen sowie der zugeordneten Fachbereiche
Während des gesamten Einstellungsprozesses sorgst du für eine herausragende Candidate Experience

Your Profile

Laufendes Studium im Bereich BWL, einer Geisteswissenschaft oder ähnlich
Kommunikationsfreudiges Organisationstalent
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie verantwortungsvoller und diskreter Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
