• Lead and motivate as a technical manager engineering cross-functional development teams (engineering, design, sw-development, etc.) to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, translate the objectives into actionable technical requirements and user stories
• Define project scopes, timelines and resource allocations and actively manage project schedules and milestones
• Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to assess progress, identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to the product roadmap
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing within the engineering team

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Technical Manager, Product Owner or similar role in software development
• Strong technical background with proficiency in modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive results across diverse teams
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design principles and coding practices
• Strong English proficiency and good German skills required
